Caitlin James

Caitlin has nearly ten years of experience in the insurance industry, including agent, agency, and takeout company compliance, and in-depth working knowledge of Florida’s unique and legislatively mandated Depopulation program. She is passionate about helping people, and has logged over 1,000 volunteer hours with her local Junior League chapter. Caitlin was also instrumental in the planning and facilitation of virtual engagement and fundraising events for approximately 500 employees at her previous company, after they all transitioned to working from home. 

My Story

Caitlin attended a magnet high school for the performing arts, where she majored in Creative Writing. After graduating from Florida State University in 2011 with her Bachelors in Family & Child Sciences with a minor in Psychology, Caitlin decided to remain in Tallahassee, FL permanently. This is where she currently lives with her husband, Kris, and their daughter.

She is a life-long learner, who actively seeks new challenges that enhance her creative and professional skillsets. Most recently, she taught herself Adobe Illustrator and learned how to sew, which takes up much of her free time. Caitlin also enjoys exploring Tallahassee’s hiking trails and greenways with her family.
