Kaitlin has an extensive background working in customer service, sales, and marketing. She holds five years of experience in the legal industry, during which she handled various licensing and registrations, drafted and prepared legal documents, and worked closely with clients and colleagues to meet state deadlines.
My Story
Kaitlin has been with Patton Compliance since 2014 and currently provides licensing and compliance services to our third party administrator clients. She works closely with clients to complete various state requirements including quarterly, biennial, and annual multi-state filings and renewals. She also handles new licensing for third party administrator clients, corporate registration filings, and other aspects of the licensing world to ensure compliance with all state requirements. As Compliance Officer, Kaitlin works with regulatory agencies on a regular basis in order to keep up-to-date with new and changing filing and renewal rules and regulations.

Kaitlin graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a degree in Occupational and Technical Studies and a minor in Marketing in 2007 . She lives in St. Augustine, Florida with her husband, Josh, and two daughters.
