Madeline Bardolf
President and Board Chair
Madeline has over twenty years of business, finance and insurance experience, including positions in accounting, auditing, financial review, management, human resources, insurance compliance, and licensing. Experience with both for-profit and non-profit entities, prior to joining Patton Compliance she held positions as Director of Finance for a non-profit organization and Auditor at a public accounting firm. As a third party administrator licensing subject matter expert, Madeline has presented at several different SILA (Securities and Insurance Licensing Association) national conferences. Madeline and other Patton Compliance team members, as well as Patton Compliance, are all members of SILA.
My Story
Madeline has been with Patton Compliance since 2012 and enjoys providing clients with a high level of customer service. Madeline takes pride in ensuring Patton Compliance treats all clients like they are sitting in the office next to ours and developing lasting relationships. She was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, graduated from Florida State University, and is a big Florida State football fan, even on the teams' bad days. In her free time, Madeline enjoys spending time with her husband during his professional angler tournaments, traveling to visit family, working out and the occasional Netflix show “binge session”.
